PATIENT RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

Serves as a link between the patients, families, clinicians and other hospital/health center staff with a primary focus on the Chinese population. The patient representative assists patients/families in understanding hospital and health center policies, procedures in obtaining satisfactory solutions to problems or concerns related to the Patient Bill of Rights, compliance to regulatory standards and services provided.
Salary: high 30′s-40′s
Bilingual a MUST: Chinese (mandarin and cantonese) & English
