The Association of Chinese American Physicians (ACAP) is proud to announce our 8th Annual Science Fair Semifinal Competition Oral Presentation to be held on Sunday, October 19th, 2025, at Flushing Library 41-17 Main St, Flushing, NY 11355.
Our goal is to foster the love of Science and Biomedicine in the younger generations and provide a platform to showcase their research ideas and outcomes. ACAP Science Fair is a nationwide research/scientific competition in the Biomedical field for middle and high school students. The competition is open to students conducting research in the following fields: biology, microbiology, immunology, physiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, toxicology, and other medical specialties.
Each application will be evaluated by the Science Fair Review Committee consisting of a group of qualified physicians, teachers, and professors in the biomedical field. Scholarships will be awarded to both student winners and their schools.
The 2025 ACAP Science Fair Award Ceremony and Poster Presentation will be held at the Nassau County Legislative Chamber on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 1550 Franklin Ave, Mineola, NY 11501.

ACAP is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization of Chinese-American physicians who advocate for the Chinese community. Since its inception in New York in 1995, ACAP’s national membership has grown to nearly 700 physicians, mostly from the metropolitan New York and New Jersey areas; we have chapters in Westchester, Philadelphia, and Washington as well.
